Business Plan Competition

About

This competition allows UM students to showcase their business ideas in front of a panel of judges from a variety of companies. Through pitch labs, workshops, mentoring, and judge interactions, students can experience a real-world entrepreneurial experience. The judges will score the student based on their written business plan, verbal presentation, and business viability. This opportunity is open to all UM students and will occur each year.

The 2024 business plan competition will have a total of $55,000 in prizes available with $25,000 going to the 1st place team or individual.

How/When to apply?

Applications are due by April 5, 2024. The Business Plan competition finals will be held on April 10, 2024 in Storer auditorium from 6-8pm.
