Real Estate, BBA

Build a career in real estate investment or development on a strong foundation of finance theory and practice.

Objective

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate provides students with a quantitative background and an understanding of the principles of finance to extend that theory to real estate finance, practice in the market, and investment analysis. Real estate students do real-world projects and connect with the local and national real estate community.

What You'll Learn

In addition to satisfying the requirements of the University’s Cognates Program of General Education and electives to meet the overall 120-credit degree requirement, students pursuing the BBA in Real Estate must complete the BBA Business Core of Required Courses and the specific coursework for the Real Estate major area of specialization.
