Pravin Pandy

Pravin Pandey, Managing Director, Banking & Capital Markets Deloitte
Pravin is a Banking and Transformation Technology Leader with over 24 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Based in Miami, he is driven by a fearless approach to transforming complex challenges into impactful outcomes. His expertise lies in strategically navigating intricate environments to achieve significant results while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all involved. He excels at championing the early adoption of emerging technologies, directly enabling transformational business growth for banking clients.
Pravin is currently focused on envisioning an AI & Data offering for Banking & Capital Markets clients. He has extensive experience in business growth, technology integration, and data-driven transformation. During his tenure, Pravin has led transformation and remediation efforts at GSEs and global banks across Retail, Wealth, and Capital Markets. He also led the modernization of data and analytics capabilities for a major US bank, resulting in a successful rollout and adoption of a customer profitability platform across the retail, wholesale, and wealth businesses, the bank's first successful use case on Cloud.
Pravin also volunteers to coach and transform younger lives, equipping the next generation with a fearless mindset to overcome hurdles and relentlessly pursue their “north star."
Based in Miami, Pravin enjoys Miami weather while training for CrossFit and martial arts, honing his culinary skills, and learning music outside of work. He’s currently pursuing a Chief AI Officer (CAIO) program atthe  Chicago Booth School of Business to hone his strategic AI leadership skills. Following the CAIO certification program, Pravin intends to pursue his dream of becoming a Porsche 911 mechanic and technician.
Hailing from an Indian steel city, Pravin pursued his MBA in the US following his bachelor’s and master’s studies at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) - Pilani.


Marco

Marco Buchbinder is the Founder & CEO of Ampliwork, an agentic AI firm delivering AI agents designed to manage complex enterprise operations and drive step-change productivity. Ampliwork’s mission is to redesign how organizations operate, freeing people to focus on strategic, high-value work.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across Fortune 100 companies and growth-stage ventures, he has driven innovation and technology-led transformation at scale.
Marco held executive leadership roles at EMC (now Dell Technologies) and later served as President & COO of GuestMetrics (acquired by Circana) and CEO of Technogym North America. He also held executive roles at Storability Software (acquired by Oracle) and Advanced Solutions (acquired by Waste Management).
A global executive and AI thought leader, Marco has operated across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He speaks four languages and has held five international assignments (Milan, Rome, Vienna, Buenos Aires, and London). He has served on joint venture and corporate boards in China, Japan, India, Mexico, and Egypt, and advises enterprises on AI strategy and workforce transformation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in Political Science, with a concentration in International Business, and has completed executive programs at London Business School and Harvard Business School.


Olivia Ramos

Olivia Ramos, CEO/Founder, Deepblocks
Olivia Ramos is the Founder and CEO of Deepblocks, where she builds agentic AI systems that convert regulatory change into enterprise-scale real estate investment intelligence. Her work focuses on digitizing zoning codes and policy signals into machine-readable infrastructure that powers automated site selection, feasibility analysis, and portfolio strategy.
She holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami and has participated in DARPA’s Innovation House and Singularity University’s Global Solutions program. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, urban policy, and quantitative real estate deployment.


Dr. Pavel Entin

Dr. Pavel Entin, CEO/Founder, SynPlanet
Dr. Pavel Entin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deep tech, artificial intelligence, and defense technologies. Currently serving as CEO and Co-founder of SynPlanet since November 2021, Dr. Entin is also a Venture Partner at Thundermark Capital and Co-Founder of Guardians of the Blockchain. Additional roles include being an Alumnus of Polkadot Base Camp, Advisory Board Member at Morpheus XR, and a member of the Crypto Valley Association. Dr. Entin's previous experience encompasses leadership positions such as Head of Development at Australian Silicon Valley and Head of Strategic Communications at SENSORIUM CORPORATION. An accomplished academic, Dr. Entin holds a PhD in International Economics and a Master's degree in International Finance from the Russian University of Cooperation.


Jose Quan

Jose Quan is a Guatemalan entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business operations and applied machine learning. Long before the LLM boom, he worked with computer vision and document automation systems at scale. As Regional Director at Cartridge World Central America, he oversaw operations processing 12–15 million pages per month for hundreds of organizations. Before entrepreneurship, he held roles at Procter & Gamble Central America and KPMG Consulting.

In 2023, he founded Docs2ai, an AI-first startup specializing in intelligent document processing using large language models. Today, Docs2ai is partnering with Lexmark to embed AI natively into millions of existing office devices worldwide, delivering advanced automation to users in over 170 countries. His work has been recognized by NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft for Startups, and Guatemala’s National Innovation Award.


Sarah Cuellar

Sarah Cuellar, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, DataShapes AI
Sarah Cuellar serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for DataShapes AI. DataShapes AI is a patented first-in-class AI that automates radio frequency intelligence, enabling warfighters to control the battle of the spectrum—no matter where it’s fought. Before DataShapes, Sarah served as the Deputy Director of the EnergyPortfolio for Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) located in Mountain View, California. As the Deputy Director, she oversaw over 30 energy projects and $383 million in project funding. She also served as the Combatant Command Embed to the United States Southern Command. Before her role at DIU, she was employed by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Liaison Officer (GS15) for the United States Southern Command. As a Liaison Officer, she oversaw eight Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstrations (JCTD), two Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF), one Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO), and one Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER) valued at over 175 million dollars. From 2012- 2018, Ms. Cuellar worked as a Senior Public-Private Partnerships Coordinator. She created and sustained strategic relationships with local in-country non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses, and academic institutions in over 14 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Cuellar was selected to serve as an advisor to the Commander’s Action Group to attain key partnerships with academia, service academies, and think tanks. Before her role in the J9, she was the Civil Affairs Operations Noncommissioned Officer in charge at United States Southern Command. Her duties in this capacity included coordinating and overseeing all Reserve General Purpose Joint Civil Affairs forces deployed in the western hemisphere. Ms. Cuellar retired from the US Army Reserve in 2024 after twenty years of serving her country as a Human Intelligence Collector/Interrogator. Before her career at the United States Southern Command, she was a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Bayview Financial in Coral Gables, Florida. She has a master’s degree from Florida International University in Global Risks and Political Affairs and currently resides in Florida with her family.


Sarah Cuellar

Nicholas F. Tsinoremas, PhD, Vice Provost for Research Computing and Data, University of Miami
Dr. Tsinoremas currently serves as the Vice Provost for Research Computing and Data and is the Founding Director of the University of Miami (UM) Frost Institute for Data Science and Computing, which aims to foster intradisciplinary collaborations leveraging computational methods. Dr. Tsinoremas also holds faculty appointments in the Miller School of Medicine and the College of Arts and Sciences. He received his BA in Chemistry from the University of Athens, Greece, and his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds, UK. Before joining the University of Miami, he served as Head of Informatics and Chemoinformatics at The Scripps Research Institute- Florida. Before joining UM, he was Director of Computational Genomics and Genomic Discovery at Rosetta/Merck, where he directed the project that combined data science and computational approaches with gene expression profiling, high-throughput screening, and genetics to discover, prioritize, and define new drug targets and novel therapeutics. Earlier, he was the Vice-President of Genomics at DoubleTwist Inc., where he guided the development of bioinformatics applications and databases, including leading the team responsible for the first annotation of the Human Genome.

Yelena Yesha

Yelena Yesha, PhD, Knight Foundation Endowed Chair of Data Science and AI, University of Miami
At the University of Miami, Dr. Yelena Yesha is the Knight Foundation Endowed Chair in Data Science and AI at the Frost Institute for Data Science and Computing (IDSC). At IDSC, Dr. Yesha is also the Director for the AI + Machine Learning program, as well as Innovation Officer. In her Innovation role, Dr. Yesha assists faculty in engaging government and industrial partners to collaborate with the University and consults with faculty on developing research ideas into innovations. Dr. Yesha was the Founding Director of the National Science Foundation Center for Accelerated Real-Time Analytics (CARTA), an NSF-funded Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) that aims to develop long-term partnerships among industry, academia, and government. CARTA partners with Rutgers University, New Brunswick, North Carolina State University, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Tel Aviv University, and the University of Miami.
Dr. Yesha received her B.Sc. degrees in Computer Science and in Applied Mathematics from York University, Toronto, Canada, and her M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University. She has published 11 books as author or editor, and more than 200 papers in prestigious refereed journals and refereed conference proceedings, and she has been awarded external funding in a total amount exceeding $65 million dollars. She is currently working with leading industrial companies and government agencies on new innovative technology in the areas of blockchains, cybersecurity, and big data analytics with applications to electronic commerce, climate change, and digital healthcare. Dr. Yesha is a fellow of the IBM Centre for Advanced Studies.
