Meet the Team

Dr. Angelika Dimoka is a professor in the Business Technology Department at the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School, where she is the director of the Executive Doctorate in Business Administration and director of the Decision Neuroscience Lab. She has extensive experience with launching/leading three different Executive DBA programs at various business schools.

She holds a Ph.D. from the Viterbi School of Engineering with a minor from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Before joining Miami Herbert, she was a faculty member at the Bauer College of Business (University of Houston), the Fox School of Business (Temple University), and the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (UC Riverside). Her research focuses on decision neuroscience, particularly in Information Systems (NeuroIS), marketing (Neuromarketing), and e-commerce.

Dr. Kendra Wisdom is the Director of the Executive Doctorate in Business Administration program at the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School. She has extensive experience launching and leading graduate programs, including establishing a DBA program at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Previously, she worked with numerous graduate and doctoral programs at Ashland University, where she also taught graduate-level research courses.

Dr. Wisdom holds a Doctor of Education from Ashland University, along with graduate degrees in American History and Teaching, and an undergraduate degree in Medieval History. Her research focuses on distance learning and classroom design, particularly synchronous online environments, and their impact on student engagement and success.

Sasha Espinola is an Assistant Director at the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School, where she supports the enrollment efforts for the Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) and Professional MBA (PMBA) programs. She brings extensive experience in public service and higher education, with a strong background in career services, operations, student success, and program management.

Before joining Miami Herbert, Sasha worked in roles focused on advancing student and employer engagement, enhancing the academic experience, and managing large-scale initiatives that support professional development. In her current role, she guides prospective students throughout the admissions process and is committed to helping working professionals identify the right pathway to achieve their academic and career goals.
